1. Download the event by clicking "add to calendar" link on the event

2. Open settings on Google calendar

3. Click on "Import & export" available on the left menu

4. Select the above downloaded .ics file from your device. Make sure you are adding to the correct calendar in "add to calendar" field

5. Click on Import

If you are a registered subscriber of Knowledge Navigator and you have forgotten your username, your password or both, please contact gbl_kn_support@pwc.com. You will then receive an email from pwc_it_comms@us.pwc.com containing a temporary password. To activate your account, please visit https://knowledgenavigator.pwc.com/ and use this password to log in. You will then be asked to set a new password and answer a couple of security questions. Once complete, you will have immediate access to Knowledge navigator

To ensure the best user experience while navigating our site on Google Chrome, we recommend setting your zoom level to 67%. This specific zoom setting optimizes the visibility of our website's content and aligns the layout for better readability. This should be the standard setting on Chrome but to adjust the setting please follow the instructions below.

Access Zoom Settings: Once our website is loaded, you can adjust the zoom by accessing the Chrome menu. Click on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of the browser window to open the Chrome menu. Look for the 'Zoom' section within the menu. You will see a '+' and '-' button on each side of the zoom percentage. Click on the '-' button until you reach 67%.

Log into Knowledge Navigator. Select "Settings & preferences" by clicking on your profile in the top right corner. Your subscription should be visible.

If you are subscription has expired, as soon as you login, the homepage will be replaced by a access denied page explaining your subscription is no longer active. Please contact gbl_kn_support@pwc.com to reactivate.

We have endeavoured to ensure that all of our subscribers retain access to the services that they previously had before our upgrade. If this is not the case, please let the support team know (gbl_kn_support@pwc.com) and we will update your account immediately.

Subscriptions are linked to individual entities so if your entity has team members in a number of territories all can be granted access to the service through one subscription.  

Each authorised user will be required to enter their username and password every time they wish to access the Knowledge Navigator platform. Each username and password is unique to each authorised user and is non-transferable. The automated newsletters are also linked to individual accounts so only the registered users will be able to select their preferences and receive newsletters.

On the date of renewal, this agreement will be automatically renewed for successive periods of one year until terminated in accordance with this agreement. You must pay the renewal fee by one of the methods set out on the Tariff Page on the date of renewal. If you are registering for the corporate (multi-user) rate, this agreement will not be renewed unless the agreement pursuant to which your corporate key is issued is also renewed.
